Worry Is A Human Experience
Having worries is a very normal part of being human. Children can experience a range of worries, throughout the different ages and stages of their childhood. When children are not able to express their anxiety, that is when it can start to have a detrimental impact on their mental health and general well-being. A key part of emotional development in childhood, therefore, is being supported from an early age to think about, talk about and explore your feelings (including worries), in the presence of a safe, reassuring adult.
