Play Therapy Appointment Basic Templates:

In this series, there are 8 different templates in total. There are five appointment template charts.  Lynne generally gives children appointments to cover a half term, which is usually a block of six weeks.  Each appointment card, therefore, has spaces for the Play Therapist to write six appointment dates on. These are represented by a character illustration on the left-hand side of each stripe. This appointment information can be given in straightforward paper form or a laminated the chart so that it can be reused throughout the duration of long-term therapy (appointments can either be written on with a dry marker by an adult or stuck on using Velcro). 

There is also a letter template, which could be used if the child has missed a session (either due to their or their Play Therapist’s absence) or if the Play Therapist needs to reinforce to the child that there is an unexpected change to the timing of the next session. There is a Do Not Disturb Sign, which is vital for work in community settings. The final template in the pack is the Playroom Rules Template, which has space for three rules. The rules Lynne incorporates into her practice are listed in the PDF.

All the Play Therapy Appointment Template Sets all contain the same written content, just with different graphics.
