Having clear statements of intention for our day allows us to live in the here and now. Often, when our minds are stuck in the past or are too future focused, this can be related to negative feelings i.e. our guilt, shame or regret about a past event or anxiety in the future.
By creating some guiding principles for our day, based on the things that matter to our hearts, we are able to build in some creativity and hope to our waking moments, counteracting our connections with more difficult thoughts and feelings. Setting intentions can help us to feel that we have some control when we feel powerless. Both card sets contain the same written content, just with different illustrations.
