Strength For School (Rainbow) Card Set

The Strength for School Card Sets incorporate some key mindfulness and emotional support strategies that are proven to be effective for improving children’s mental health and well-being (when used consistently over a period of time). 

This incorporates How you use these cards with children is completely up to you, depending on the needs and development stage of the child/children you are supporting.  There are three size cards within the packs (large, full/regular and small).

Although there are twelve cards in each pack, due to the nature of a digital download, you are completely able to modify the resource for each individual child you are working with.  For example, a child who is struggling more with their self-esteem than separation might not choose to have the pocket hug or funny joke in any book you produce for them, for example.  Instead, they might need double or triple the number of affirmation and gratitude pages.
